Rules for the Topsite

• You must have a Triple Ace Spirit Page and you must use that page for the sign up link for your site.
• Sites should be family friendly. No hate, bigotry or bashing of others. No pornography (artwork would be up to the discretion of the founders) or links to sites containing such material.
• Web sites need to be primarily in English or have an English Mirror to it. I am sorry but the founders only speak English and to try and judge your material when we can't understand it would not be fair.
• No hotlinking or bandwidth theft, this includes images, music, and other material. This will be checked. Hotlinking is when you link directly to another person's site without their permission to display things on your site. For more information on what bandwidth is and how you should link to such things click here or here.
• No links to web cams (personal and/or adult orientated. Ones going to places like animal exhibits, forest glades to catch fairies on film, natural wonders, etc are allowed). No warez, or cracks are to be on your site.
• You must have a working email address for us to be able to contact you with.
• You must receive one vote in per month to be considered active. If not you will be deleted from the topsite.
• Top score for the month wins a graphic. Win two months in a row and receive a graphic award along with a personalized Sig Tag. Win Three Months in a row and receive a graphic award along with a custom webset. If you win three months in a row you are then retired for 3 months to allow others to win as well.
• Top Five scores for the month also receive 500 spirit points.
